Lash Lift & Tint
Lash Lifting is a simple, safe & effective method of creating the illusion of Length, Volume & Definition with immediate results and without the need for Mascara or Eyelash curlers. Lashes are lifted from the root using a special technique and will last up to 6 weeks. They are ideal for clients that want to enhance and emphasise their eyes but don't want or need extensions. Short straight lashes appear longer and are more flattering while drooping eyes appear lifted. The lashes are tinted at the end of the lift treatment to further enhance the overall look.

Lash Extension Policy
PATCH TESTING POLICY
Patch Testing is required 48hrs prior to all lash treatments in the following circumstances:
~Existing clients who’ve had a 3 month gap between appointments
~Newly pregnant existing clients
~Existing clients who’ve had a baby &/or stopped breastfeeding since last appointment
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee of £10*. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by bank transfer or in person if you prefer
*During December, the booking fee is 50% of the treatment cost.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot un under 48 hours.
CLIENT LASH HYGIENE POLICY
I’d like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment with
NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extension longevity and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.
EARLY/ LATE POLICY
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. If you are late, please note that the time will come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage.
NO AUDIENCE POLICY
Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also, because of the size of my Lash room, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.
INFILLING OTHER TECHNICIANS WORK
Due to the high quality of products I use, I will not infill another technician’s extension work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.
INFILL V FULL SET
Please let me know 48 hrs in advance of your appointment if you have less than 30% of your lash extensions so I can allow extra time or reschedule your appointment. This is because once I have removed the outgrown lash extensions, you will need a full set instead if just an Infill
An aftercare starter pack containing a foaming pump bottle, cleansing brush, mascara wand and a sachet of lash cleanser is available for £4. Replacement lash cleanser sachets are available for £1.
Any lash issues must be reported within 48 hrs. A reasonable charge for fixing will be made after this time.
